We drove to New Mexico over Labor Day weekend to visit Lynn's mom; his brother, Brian and family; his sister, Alina and family; and Nick and Lynsey.

I decided to try making the grand prize cookie recipe from Pillsbury's latest bake-off contest. The light colored cookies are the actual recipe and the chocolate cookies are with my modifications.
